do5 · AI daily-priority assistant for iPhone

The to-do list
you don’t write.

do5 reads your goals, your inbox and your calendar overnight, then gives you 5 clear priorities when you wake up. No dashboard. No decisions. Just the list.

✓ You're on the list. We'll be in touch before launch.
The do5 app showing Tuesday’s five: a dental appointment, a client pitch, a field-trip form, a budget review — two of them pulled from email and calendar.

The problem

You’re the one holding the list. All of it. In your head.

Work, school, the house, the appointment you keep meaning to make, the thing you wanted for yourself this year. Somebody has to hold all of it together — and it’s you.

What shouts gets done. What was yours slides to next month, and nobody notices but you.

do5 does both. It holds the day together — and every day, one of the five is yours.

Who it's for

Not a job title.
A condition.

do5 is for people overwhelmed with information who are losing their own goals underneath it. The shape of the day differs; the problem is the same.

The parent

School runs, the family calendar, the permission slip, the dentist, dinner. The day is logistics all the way down — and the thing you wanted for yourself this year hasn't had a slot in months.

The founder

Inbox, investor pings, a hire to close, a customer waiting on a reply. Every hour is someone else's urgent — and the one thing only you can move keeps sliding to tomorrow.

The insight

The most successful people don't do more.
They do fewer things — better.

"

What gets identified, gets prioritised. What gets prioritised, gets done.

How it works

Your list, built while you sleep.

1

While you sleep, do5 reads your day.

With your permission it reads the titles of tomorrow’s calendar events and the subject lines of your email — nothing else, never stored — and builds tomorrow from them. Urgent-and-important first, then the important work that urgent noise usually buries. Things that are neither never reach your list. It reads once, overnight — so whatever lands after that is yours to add. Reading is all it does: do5 never sends, buys or replies for you.

2

Five from do5.

do5 sends five tasks that will make your day a success. Finish them and ask for five more, or don’t. You can add your own whenever something lands — what do5 never does is pile on. Five at a time, and the next five only if you ask. If everything can be a priority, nothing is, so do5 holds that line even when your inbox doesn’t.

3

Your own goal gets a slot, every day.

One short conversation, and what you want for yourself becomes a plan with a finish line. From then on it gets a protected place on the list. Nothing becomes a priority unless it traces back to a goal you set yourself — never on the AI’s opinion of what looks important. Someone can send you a task; they can’t take your slot.

4

It takes the hint.

Swipe something away as not done and do5 notices. Turn the same thing down three times and it asks whether to stop suggesting it — then never brings it back. Most tools nag harder. This one has your back.

The method

Not a guess.

do5 ranks your day with three ideas older than the AI: urgent isn’t the same as important, a few things drive most of the value, and a goal needs a finish line. It does the tedious part for you, every night.

Alongside what you already use

They capture.
do5 prioritizes.

do5 isn't another family organizer or shared calendar, and it doesn't ask you to move anything. Keep Cozi, TimeTree, Skylight or whatever you already run on. do5 reads the family calendar alongside your own — the school run, the dentist, the recital, Thursday's review — and works out what the day is made of. You hold the schedule; do5 holds the line on what gets your attention. Add anything you like to today's five, or set it for a day and a time further out, and do5 plans around it. Between you and do5, the day gets built properly.
